我国绿色食品生产状况及其发展对策

摘    要:对有关绿色食品的概念、中国绿色食品的发展现状及其存在问题进行了介绍与探讨,并提出了一系列的发展对策,即:加大宣传教育力度,提高人们的绿色食品意识;改善生态环境,大力发展生态农业;加强绿色食品生产中关键技术的研究、示范与推广;调整绿色食品价格体系,开拓绿色食品销售市场;规范绿色食品环境监测、质量检测、申报与审批程序,加强绿色食品的法制管理。

Abstract:The concepts ,develop ment situation and proble ms of green food production in Chi na areintroduced and analyzed in this paper ,and a series of countermeasures are presented as well,w hich includes :(1)im prove the peoples’senses of green food by propagation and education ;(2)im prove eco environ ment and develop ecological agriculture ;(3)conduct the research ,dem onstra tion and extension of key techniques of green food production ;(4)regulate the price system ofgreen food ,establish and im prove the m arket of green food ;(5)standardize the environ m ent andquality monitor ,procedures of application and approval of green food ,and conduct the legislationand managem ent of green food .
