草莓果实生长发育及主要营养成分变化规律研究

摘    要:研究了草莓果实从谢花后3d到成熟期间生长发育和主要营养成分的变化规律。结果表明:果实纵、横径在整个生长发育过程中一直呈平稳增长;果实重量和体积在白果期前缓慢增长,然后快速增长;果柄的长度与粗度在幼果期增长先快后慢,之后基本停长;含糖量在果实发育后期呈上升趋势;含酸量从谢花后3d开始增加,到半红期达到最大,然后再下降;“石莓4号”的维生素C含量从幼果到果实成熟一直增长,而“达赛莱克特”在白果期维生素C含量达到最大值,然后再下降。

Abstract:Growth developmental rhythm and main nutrients change of strawberry fruit from the 3rd day after flower fading to fruit maturing were studied. The results showed that the fruit vertical and transect diameter were continuously steadily increased during the whole growth and development;the fruit weight and volume increased slowly before white fruit stage and then rapidly;the fruit handle length and coarseness rose quickly at first and then slowly in young fruit period and stopped increasing finally;the sugar content manifested the rising tendency in later growth developmental period;the acid content started to increase from the 3rd day after flower fading and achieved the highest till half red period and then began to decline at maturing stage;the vitamin C content in the fruit of "Shimei 4" continuously increased from the young fruit period to maturing period,but that of "Daselect" achieved the maximum value at white fruit stage and then started to fall.
