| 摘 要： | 以生态足迹和生态承载力的相关理论方法为基础,依据广东省实际情况,通过计算出广东全省及各地级市生态足迹和生态承载力状况,尝试确立省内各地级市间的生态补偿标准。结果表明,广东省各地级市生态足迹均呈现赤字状态,赤字水平由珠三角经济发达地区向外逐渐递减;应支付生态补偿金的地区基本为广州、深圳等珠三角经济发达地级市,而接受补偿方多为河源、揭阳等珠三角外围经济欠发达地级市。

| Abstract: | Based on the theories and methods of ecological footprint and eco-capacity,this paper tries to put forward the determinant standard for ecological compensation through calculating the ecological footprint and eco-capacity of every city in Guangdong Province.The results indicated that the ecological footprint of each city is in the status of deficit and the ecological deficit is the most seriously in the Pearl River Delta region;the cities which lie on development area of the Pearl River Delta region need to pay ecological compensation to the cities of underdevelopment around it. |
