摘    要:研究了海带提取物对4种微生物:枯草芽孢杆菌、大肠杆菌、黑曲霉、酵母菌的抗菌作用,并对海带提取物的提取条件进行研究.试验结果表明:海带提取物仅对枯草芽孢杆菌具有抗菌作用;较好的提取溶剂为95%甲醇.最佳提取条件为:温度为30 ℃,时间为8 h,pH 7.

Abstract:The anti-bacterial activities of extracts from kelp Laminaria japonica against four microorganism species Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli, Aspergillus niger, and Cerevisiae fermented were studied, and the extraction conditions were optimized. The extract from the kelp showed anti-bacterial activity only against Bacillus subtilis. Good extraction and anti-bacterial activities were observed in 95% methanol under the optimal conditions of pH 7 at 30 ℃ for 8 h based on the inhibition circles.
