海岛棉品系海1无腺体性状的遗传Ⅰ.等位性测验

摘    要:本文研究了海岛棉无腺体突变体品系海1的遗传机制.等位性测验结果表明:(1)海1无腺体性状由位于Gl2位点上的部分显性突变基因控制,暂定名为Gle2;(2)海1携有有腺体基因Gl3,Gle2对Gl3有上位性作用;(3)海1的基因型可表达为Gle2Gle2Gl3Gl3;(4)海1无腺体的遗传为核遗传,不受细胞质影响。本文还讨论了海1显性无腺体遗

Abstract:The allelism test of Hai 1 strain of glandless cotton (G. barbadense L. ) was reported in this paper. The results showed that@(1) Hai l strain of glandless cotton was controlled by a partially dominant gene allelic to Gl2 locus and its gene designation Gl2e was suggested tentatively. (2) In addition to Gl2e,there is a G13 gene in Hai 1 strain,Gl2e is epistatic to G13. (3)The genotype of Hai 1 strain can be described as Gl2eGl2eGl3Gl3. (4)No cytoplasmic inheritance effect was observed. The application of Hai 1 strain to cotton breeding was discussed.
