降解六六六低温单菌的选育研究

摘    要:目的]为低温条件下应用微生物降解六六六提供技术资料。方法]以从某农药厂筛选的抗农药菌株1号菌、2号菌、3号菌为供试菌种,以六六六为唯一碳源对其进行培养,筛选降解六六六的优势菌株;通过正交试验确定优势菌株对六六六降解的最佳pH值、接菌量和NH4Cl、KH2PO4、MgSO4添加量条件,并在最佳降解条件下对其进行驯化培养。结果]2号菌对六六六4种异构体的降解率均高于其他菌株;六六六的最佳降解条件为:2号菌株为降解菌,接菌量8%,NH4Cl、KH2PO4、MgSO41.2、0.3、0.1 g/L,此条件下,六六六的降解率为45.23%;驯化30 d后,2号菌株对六六六的降解率由45.23%提高到54.68%。结论]2号菌为降解六六六的最佳菌株,驯化培养可提高其对六六六的降解能力。
