摘    要:以大拇指矮(Tom Thumb)为矮源,通过杂交和连续回交育成了显性矮秆系及其不育系。不育系矮化对育性的恢复没有不良影响,也不影响繁殖和制种。用显性矮秆不育系配制的杂种,F_1株高接近中亲值。讨论了显性矮秆同型系的株型松散、叶片宽而深绿和抗病性差等问题,这些性状须进一步改良。大拇指矮成熟后期籽粒内α-淀粉酶活性低的特性,可能用于改进T型不育系的种子质量和杂种小麦面粉的加工品质。

Abstract:This study was carried out to reduce plant height of hybrid wheat by the variety of Tom Thumb.The common wheat varieties of Sumei 3,Ning 7840, Ningmei 4 and Yangmei 3 etc.were crossed with Tom Thumb and backerossed successively since 1976.The dominant dwarf lines and their corresponding male sterile lines have been developed.Shortening plant height of male sterile lines shows no bad side-effect on their fertility restoration ability,reproduction and hybrid wheat seed production.
