邻苯二甲酸二丁酯对3种蔬菜作物种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:采用不同浓度的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯对茄子、黄瓜、辣椒3种蔬菜作物种子进行处理,研究其对3种蔬菜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响.结果表明,在0.05~1 mmol·L-1时随着浓度的升高,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯对茄子和黄瓜种子萌发及幼苗生长的促进作用逐渐增强.当浓度为1 mmol·L-1时,萌发效果最好;当浓度升高到4 mmol·L-1时,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯对两种蔬菜种子萌发和幼苗生长呈抑制作用.邻苯二甲酸二丁酯对辣椒种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽速度、活力指数、根长以及苗高呈促进作用,且随浓度的增加而下降,最佳作用浓度为0.05 mmol·L-1.

Abstract:Through different DBP concent rations (0 mmol·L-1,0.05 mmol·L-1,0.1mmol·L-1,0.5 mmol·L-1,1 mmol·L-1,4 mmol·L-1)treating the seed, this paper studied the effect of DBP treatment on the seed germination and growth of eggplant, cucumber and capsicum.The result showed that with the increasing of DBP concentrations, the germination capability and the growth on eggplant and cucumber could be promoted, and 1mmol·L-1 DBP has the most notable impact to promote seed germination and growth.The seed germination and growth of eggplant was largely decreased when the DBP concentration up to 4 mmol·L-1 while the seed germination and growth of cucumber had prohibitive effect.With the increasing of DBP concentrations, the promotion of the gerurination rate, germination potential, germination index (GI),viability index (VI),the root length of capsicum seed and the plant height were all decreased gradually, 0.05 mmol·L-1 has the most notable impact to promote seed germination and growth.
