| 摘 要： | ［目的］探讨冬春季梅州市各功能区绿地的抑菌效应。［方法］2008年1～4月对梅州城区不同功能区绿地空气微生物浓度进行测定，计算抑菌率，并进行空气微生物污染程度评价。［结果］梅州市不同功能区绿地空气微生物浓度存在差异，商贸区（F）的平均微生物浓度最高，为21 334 CFU/m^3，文教区（A）的平均微生物浓度最低，为3 794 CFU/m^3，不同功能区间的绿地空气微生物浓度大小排序为商贸区、 交通区、 医院区、 风景区、 居住区、文教区；梅州市城区绿地中微生物组成的总趋势是细菌（53.7%）〉真菌（34.5%）〉放线菌（11.8%）；影响绿地中空气微生物浓度的主要因素是绿地结构、温度、相对湿度等；除文教区（A）的绿地空气质量处于较清洁状态外，多数功能区的绿地微生物污染都达到或超出了轻微污染的程度，其中，商贸区（F）和交通区（E2）样点的空气质量最差，达到中度污染。［结论］绿地可以有效降低空气含菌数量，抑菌效应显著，但在一定程度上也受到周围环境的影响。
