| 摘 要： | 以烤烟品种K326为材料,在盆栽条件下研究了不同生育期根际淹水对烤烟生理生化特性的影响。试验结果表明,在淹水胁迫下烤烟的光合色素含量下降,丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和游离脯氨酸(Pro)含量增大;根系活力降低。以团棵期和旺长期受淹水胁迫的影响最大。

| Abstract: | The influence of waterlogging stress on physiological and biochemical characteristics in flue-cured tobacco at different growth stages were studied with cultivar K326 under pot experiment.The results showed that:under waterlogging stress,the photosynthetic pigment content of the flue-cured tobacco leaves were deccreased,the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA)and free proline(Pro)and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)were increased,the activity of root were decreased.Meanwhile,effects of waterlogging stress on tobacco in rosette stage and vigorous growing stage were the greatest. |
