摘    要:在茶树新梢生长旺期,用~(14)C 标记的对-氯苯氧乙酸(P_(51)),对四年生福丁大毫茶树成熟叶片进行定位定量一次性涂布处理,显微放射自显影图象结果表明:P_(51)进入茶树各器官比较迅速,处理后8小时,在茎、叶、顶芽和腋芽中即可见到~(14)C-P_(51)的踪迹。茎、叶主脉维管束是 P_(51)在茶树体内得以进行反复运转的主要通道,而且这种运输表现为多向性。通过叶片的渗入和茎、叶脉、叶柄维管束的运转,进入茶树体内的 P_(51),最终主要是分布和积累在茎的形成层、叶肉栅栏和海绵组织、顶芽和腋芽的分

Studies on the Transportation,Distribution and Accumlation of P-Chlorophenoxy Ethanoic Acid Tea Plant
Abstract:The mature leaves of 4 years old tea plant were pained with ~(14)C-labelledP-chlorophenoxy ethanoic acid(~(14)C-P_(51))when tea was in growing period.Themicroautoradiography pictures showed that after eight hours of treatment with~(14)C-P_(51),the radioactivity was into stem,leaves,top bud and axillary bud.According to no reducing amount of distribution and accumulation of ~(14)C-P_(51)in vascular bundles of stem and main vein for long period,the vascularbundles were the major appoaches transporting P_(51),into the plant.Furthermore,such kind of transportation spread out many directions.Most of P_(51)wasfinally distributed and accumulatd in cambium,palisade and spongy tissueof stem,in the meristem of top bud and axillary bud,and in differentiated.leaf.Such character istic of transportation,distribution and accumulation wasclosely related to the stimulating vegetative growth and inhibiting reproductivegrowth-caused by P_(51).
