| 摘 要： | 为更好实现离合器主、从动部件在一根轴上完成接合与分离，达到传递运动和动力的目的，设计了单轴梯形牙嵌式离合器。与传统的的双轴牙嵌式离合器相比，简化了结构，能满足离合器工作时的同轴度要求，提高其配合精度。该离合器已在新设计的播种机上应用，试验表明该离合器用于驱动排种器和排肥器，接合、分离效果良好。

| Abstract: | To make the clutch which can be in conjunction and separating with single axis work well and transfer motion and drive force .The single-axis trapezoid tooth-embed clutch is designed.Compared with the tradition biaxial clutch, its structure is simplified and can satisfy the coaxiality in working condition and its fit- ting accuracy is improved. The clutch is used in new-designed seeder,experimental results show it can interoscu- late and separate well for the seed and fertilizer metering device. |
