紫茎泽兰光合特性研究

摘    要:为了解紫茎泽兰与环境因子的关系,寻找防治紫茎泽兰的突破口,通过Li-6400系列光合仪测定紫茎泽兰光合特性。结果表明:紫茎泽兰日净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、光合有效辐射呈单峰曲线,到12∶00达到峰值;紫茎泽兰光合特性的日变化为净光合速率4.1~14.7μmol/m2.s、气孔导度0.160~0.361mol/m2.s、蒸腾速率3.2~10.6mmol/m2.s、光合有效辐射247~2 049μmol/m2.s;紫茎泽兰光饱和点为1 500μmol/m2.s,光补偿点为13.7μmol/m2.s,具有阳性偏阴的生态习性。

Abstract:To find out the relationship between Eupatorium adenophorum Spreng and environment,and the breakthrough of its defence,the leaf photosynthetic parameters of the plant were measured using Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system.The reswlts were showed that the diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs),transpiration rate(Tr),photosynthetic active radiation(PAR)were all singlepeak curves,reaching their highest points at 12∶00.The diurnal variation of Pn,Gs,Tr,PAR were 4.1~14.7μmol/m2.s,0.160~0.361mol/m2.s,3.2~ 10.6mmol/m2.s and 247~2 049μmol/m2.s,respectively.The light saturation point and light compensation point of Eupatorium adenophorum Spreng were 1 500μmol/m2.s and 13.7μmol/m2.s,respectively.It was indicated that the plant was light-demanding and slightly shade-tolerant.
