香蕉ACC合成酶cDNA的PCR扩增及序列测定

摘    要:从香蕉果实中提取总RNA,经反转录成cDNA第一链,根据已知植物ACC合成酶的cDNA及其所编码的氨基酸序列合成引物,经PCR扩增香蕉cDNA得到一长约1.1Kb的产物,对该序列测定结果表明,该cDNA所编码的氨基酸序列包括了ACC合成酶8个高度保守区中的7个,并且包括该酶的活性中心。

Abstract:A cDNA from banana fruit was amplified with PCR and sequenced,resulting ina PCR product of 1098 bp long. Its deduced amino acids sequence showed it containedseven of the eight highly conserved regions(HCR)of ACC synthase and the similar aminoacids were over 95% in HCR,which is agreeable to the results from other plants.
