摘 要: | 1.用快速法测定了日粮和小麦麸对鸡与水禽的代谢能值,其结果是鸡与水禽在表现代谢能(AME)值方面差异不显著(P>0.05),用一种家禽测得的 AME值,鸡鸭鹅可以通用。2.鸡与水禽在真代谢能值方面差异非常显著(P<0.01),原因是鸡与水禽的内源能排出量不同。鸭鹅低于鸡。3.通过对 AME 值和 AMEn 值进行 t 检验,结果是 AME 值与 AMEn 值差异不显著(P>0.05)。我们认为成年家禽进行代谢能值的氮沉积校正并无实际意义。4.用快速法测定了蛋白质的利用率。结果表明,在用快速法测定代谢能的同时测定蛋白质利用率,由于短时间内氮平衡尚末稳定,因而是不可行的。

Abstract: | 1.Experiments were conducted each with three adult cocks,ducks andgeese to determine the apparent (AME) and true (TME) metabolizable energyvalues of a diet and wheat bran by the fast method.There were no significantdifference (P>0.05) in the AME values of test feeds between chickens andwaterfowls,therefore,AME values of feeds estimated with any species canbe used interchangeably.2.Results also indicated that there was significant difference in TMEvalues between chicken and waterfowl (P>0.01) on account of difference inenergy of endogenous excretion,endogenous excreta from chickens was signi-ficantly higher (P<0.05) than those from ducks o(?) geese per unit of bodyweight.3.There was on significant difference (P>0.05) between AME values andAME_n values.It has no practical meaning for adult birds to correct MEvalues with N-retention.4.The values of protien availability was irregular,because there wasnot enough time for N-metabolism to reach balance.When ME values aredetermined with the fast method,it is not feasible to determine protienavailability values. |
