| 摘 要： | 综述了葡萄呼吸、水分、激素、褐变、脱粒等采后生理的研究现状,并对其研究方向进行分析 简单介绍了葡萄采后主要病害 同时,对葡萄冷藏、气调、保鲜剂处理、生物技术等采后贮藏保鲜技术的研究进展进行了深入探讨,为以后的研究提供借鉴和参考。

| Abstract: | The research status of postharvest physiology of grape was reviewed,including respiration,water physiology,hormone,browning and berry drop,and the research direction was analyzed.The main postharvest diseases were introduced.The research progress of storage techniques was discussed,including cold storage,controlled atmosphere storage,preservative treatment and biotechnology,which provided references for future research. |
