| 摘 要： | 阐述了清洁生产的含义和推行清洁生产的作用,针对锦州市目前大气、废水的工业污染现状,探讨了推行清洁生产对锦州市工业污染防治的意义,同时总结了锦州市目前开展清洁生产的情况,提出了锦州市十三五期间推行清洁生产的规划建议。
