| 摘 要： | 应用新城疫单抗酶联诊断试剂盒对３群发生疑似新城疫的鸡群进行了快速诊断。采用肛门泄殖腔棉拭取样方法取样，分别取６０、３５和３８份样品，应用双单抗夹心ＥＬＩＳＡ试验检测出新城疫强毒抗原阳性分别为５、３和２份样品，诊断该３群发生非典型鸡新城疫。用病毒分离、鉴定和毒力试验的经典诊断方法验证表明，新城疫单抗酶联试剂盒诊断非典型新城疫简便、快速、准确

| Abstract: | Application of ELISA kit based on monoclonal antibodies to rapidly diagnose atypical Newcastle disease (aND) in three field flocks. The diagnostic method companied with the kit was double antidodies sandwich ELISA. The kit was used to detect the 133 cloacal swab specimens from three different field flocks which were doubtfully infected by virulent Newcastle disease virus (vNDV). There were five, three and two positive specincens in the three field flocks respectively. The diagnostic result showed that there was an epidemic of aND in the three field flocks. Traditional diagnostic method confirmed that the diegnotic result of the diagnostic kit was simple, rapid and correct. |
