春兰菌根结构的研究

摘    要:对春兰菌根的显微结构进行了观察,结果表明,春兰的根具有典型的兰科菌根结构,菌根真菌破坏根被组织使之成为凹陷小孔,再由外皮层的通道细胞进入皮层细胞定植,在皮层中层近圆形细胞中形成菌丝团,主要分布根的中部;春兰菌根真菌对其宿主的细胞核大小及形状有一定的影响。

Abstract:The mycorrhizal microstructure of Cymbidium georingii was observed at several growth periods. The results show that the root of Cymbidium georingii has the typical structure of orchid mycorrhozae and the mycorrhizal fungi forms the peloton in inter cortical cells by destroying the velamen tissue and entering cortical cells through the passage cells of exodemis, which mainly colonizes in the middle poison of roots. The mycorrhizal fungi affects the size and shape of the host cell nucleus.
