| 摘 要： | 为明确地震破坏农用地和采矿破坏农用地的异同，并在此基础上提出具有针对性的地震破坏农用地的整理方法。采用实地调查法、文献综合分析法和比较法进行研究。结果表明:地震破坏农用地和矿山开采破坏农用地的破坏土地原因、机理、规模、类型和破坏土地整理工作思路都有异同，可根据异同借鉴已成熟的土地整理理论和方法，对地震破坏农用地进行整理，以便更快捷地为地震后土地整理工作服务。

| Abstract: | The purpose of this paper is to find the basic theoretical issue of the similarities and differences of the farmland damaged by the earthquake and mining. And this work can help people do the farmland consolidation more successfully. Methods of field survey, literature analysis and comparison were employed in the paper. The study results show that there exist similarities and differences of the farmland damaged by the earthquake and mining in the damage reason, mechanism, scale, type and land consolidation ideas. And the theory and methods of the farmland reclamation in mining area can be very useful for us to do the farmland consolidation in earthquake-stricken area. |
