摘    要:我国养殖渔业的主体是池塘养鱼,长期的生长技术经验积累形成了一套经济合理的生态养鱼法,它与多种经营相关甚密,是农业复合生态结构中的重要组合,当前,来自资源,环境和市场需求等方面的压力对传统养殖淦业提出了挑战,节水,环保,高值水产品养殖等要求越来越迫切,随着工业化养鱼的兴起,与养殖有关的各种现代科技必须加以应用,如生物工程,微生态,动物营养及饲料,健康养殖以及病害防治等,从而使我国的养殖渔业尽快实现现代化。

Abstract:Pond fish culture is the main aquaculture industry in China. A set of ecological methods for economical and reasonable fish culture has formed based on a long term accumulation of experiential skill. Due to its close interrelation to the diversified economy , pond fish culture has become an important component in the complex agroecological structure . In addition, some factors such as fishery resources, environment and market requirements have issued a challenge to the traditional aquaculture . The requirements for saving water, environmental protection and high quality of aquatic products are more and more urgent. Along with the development of industrialized fish culture , modern scientific and technology associated with aquacultural production including bioengineering, microecology, animal nutrition, animal feed, healthy breeding , disease prevention and treatments have been used. Thus, aquaculture production can be developed to a real modern industry in China.
