高校多校区办学与教职工敬业精神的培养

多地办学，由于地理距离拉大，管理层级增加，主分校之别，利益的调整，部分教职工的敬业精神有所松懈。文章从制度构建、方法探寻方面探讨了在高校存在两地或多地办学的状况下，怎样培养和加强教职工的敬业精神的课题，并阐明了教职工敬业精神的培养对高校发展的重要意义。

ON THE CULTIVATION OF PROFESSIONAL DEVOTION OF THE STAFF MEMBERS IN UNIVERSITIES RUN IN DIFFERENT PLACES

In universities which are run in different places, the staff members seem to show less professional devotion in their work due to the enlarged geographical distance, the increased administration levels, the difference between the main and the branch campuses and the readjustment of benefits. This paper discusses the significance of devotion of the staff members to their professional work for the development of the universities and proposes institutional construction and work method improvement so as to cultivate and enhance professional devotion of the staff members.
