| 摘 要： | 地理标志是特定产品的来源地标记,标示了特定地域的特殊产品,是国际贸易中原产地规则的重要内容之一。笔者将从地理标志的概念及其保护意义入手,对中国地理标志保护制度的现状及存在的问题进行分析,提出建议,以期对中国相关制度的完善有所裨益。

| Abstract: | The geographical indication ,which is the important content of roles of origin in international trade, is to identify the origin of special products. In the paper, the current situation and existing problems of the protection system of geographical indication in China are analyzed from the concept and protection meaning of geographical indication, and some suggestions are proposed, and hope that it could give the experience to the construction of relevant institutions. |
