摘 要: | PCR-DGGE技术已经发展成为研究微生物的群落结构和遗传多样性的有效工具。在世界水产养殖业的养殖系统微生态学、肠道细菌微生态学和益生菌研究中都取得了一系列的应用成果,而在我国冷水鱼的研究中应用还较少。本文介绍了PCR-DGGE技术的特性及其在世界水产养殖业研究中的应用,分析了其在我国冷水鱼微生态学研究中的应用前景。

Abstract: | PCR-DGGE (polymerase chain reaction-density gradient gel electrophoresis) technique as an effective tool for the study of microbial community structure and genetic diversity has made a good progress in application of world aquaculture system, especially micro-ecology, intestinal bacterial micro-ecology and probiotics research. However, the application of PCR-DGGE in coldwater fishes is rarely reported in China. The technological characteristics and role of PCR-DGGE in world aquaculture research are described and the research prospects of its application in coldwater fish in China are discussed. |
