转基因SOD,POD高表达烟草幼苗抗热性研究*

摘    要: 生理高温(38±1)℃ 处理转基因烟草品系及非转基因品系的幼苗,测定其SOD,丙二醛、可溶性糖含量、电导率和生物量等指标。结果表明,转基因品系SOD的活性更强,丙二醛的含量更低,生物量受到的影响更小。由此认为,转基因烟草品系幼苗比非转基因品系的抗热性更强,其中转基因POD高表达烟草品系的抗热性最强。研究结果表明通过转基因方法提高植物的抗热性是可行的。

Abstract:Seedlings of transgenic tobacco and non-transgenic tobacco lines were treated with physiological high temperature(38±1) ℃ for 3 d or 6 d. SOD activity, malondialdehyde content, soluble sugar content, electrical conductivity and biomass per plant were measured . While treated with physiological high temperature, SOD activities and biomass per plant were higher, malondialdehyde contents were lower in seedlings of transgenic tobacco lines than that in the non-transgenic line. The results indicated that heat resistance of transgenic tobacco lines was higher than that of the non-transgenic line. The line of transgenic tobacco with POD genes had the highest heat resistance. So it is possible to increase the heat resistance of plant by transgenic method.
