摘    要:氨氧化细菌(AOB)在全球氮循环中具有重要作用,与农田土壤潜在硝化率(PNR)的高低有直接关系。基于长期定位试验氨氧化细菌的研究报道,综述在我国主要农田土壤中氨氧化细菌多样性和丰富度对不同肥料处理、种植方式的响应,旨在为提高土壤硝化能力、促进碳氮良性循环、构建健康土壤提供参考。

Abstract:Ammonia oxidizing bacteria(AOB) play a important role in global nitrogen cycle,it directly influences the potential nitrification rate(PNR) of farmland soil.Base on the studies of AOB under long-term located fertilization,this paper summarized the responses of AOB community diversity and richness in farmland soil to longterm different fertilizations and cropping models,in order to give some suggestions to how to improve soil nitrification ability,promote carbon and nitrogen benign circulation and construct healthy soil.
