番鸭催乳素基因微卫星多态性

摘    要:根据肉鸡和火鸡催乳素基因微卫星序列设计5对引物,进行番鸭催乳素基因微卫星多态性分析。结果表明:引物AW21831没有扩增产物;引物AW21827和AW21833为单态;引物AW21825和AW21829具有较丰富的多态性,多态信息含量(PIC)分别为0.68和0.62。说明引物AW21825和AW21829可作为PRL基因的微卫星标记、数量性状位点基因定位的候选标记和标记辅助选择的候选标记。

Abstract:The polymorphism of microsatellite on prolactin gene in muscovy ducks were studied with five pairs of primers,which were designed based on microsatellite sequences of chicken and turkey prolactin gene.And the results showed:The primer AW21831 failed to be amplified;The primer AW21827 and the primer AW21833 were monomorphic;The primer AW21825 and the primer AW21829 had abundant polymorphism,which can be used in microsatellite marker on prolactin gene,detection of quantitative trait loci and marker assistant selection.Of the primers the PIC were 0.68 and 0.62,respectively.
