摘    要:针对电控缸内直喷发动机的特点,基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器技术,以CAN卡、NI CompactR IO以及上位机为主要硬件平台,开发了电控缸内直喷发动机标定系统。该系统不仅拥有实时采集显示数据、保存数据、在线调整参数的功能,还可以输出可调的模拟缸内直喷发动机转速信号,以利于电控单元软件、硬件的前期调试。该系统的成功开发大大缩短了电控发动机的研发周期,为发动机的优化匹配提供了技术平台。

Abstract:In this paper,based on LabVIEW virtual instrument technology and the features of the electronically controlled direct injection engine,calibration system of the engine electronic control system is developed.The CAN card,NI CompactRIO,as well as the major PC form the hardware platform.The system not only can carry on data collection in real-time,save data,adjust parameters on-line,but also output the adjustable virtual engine speed signals for the pre-debugging of ECU software,hardware.The successful development of the system significantly reduces the R&D cycle of the engines with EMS,and provides the technology platform for optimal matching of the engine.
