鱼腥草中金丝桃苷的提取工艺研究

摘    要:[目的]探讨鱼腥草中金丝桃苷的提取工艺。[方法]用正交试验设计法优化提取条件,用色谱法测定提取物中有效物质的含量,并计算出提取率。[结果]溶剂乙醇的浓度、提取时间、提取温度、提取次数等工艺条件对金丝桃苷浸膏的纯度和提取率有较大的影响,各因素对提取率影响大小的排序为:提取次数〉提取温度〉提取时间〉提取液浓度。[结论]最佳提取条件为用80%乙醇溶液提取,同液质量比1:10,提取温度70℃,提取时间2h,重复提取3次。
