稀土改性对HZSM—5沸石催化性能的影响

摘    要:对HZSM-5沸石进行稀土改性。随着稀土载入量的增多,沸石的总酸量下降,强酸所占比例减少,因而使稀烃与异构化产物增多,提高了汽油辛烷值。稀土载入量应以4%为宜。

Abstract:The effect of La 2O 3 modification on HZSM-5 zeolites was studied. As the content of La 2O 3 in the zeolite increased, the acid amount in the zeolite decreased, so did the percentage of strong acids. As a result, alkene and iso-products increased, leading to a rise in gas octane value. The optimal content of La 2O 3 was found to be 4%.
