| 摘 要： | 为了探讨柽柳根不同区域的氮素吸收特性，采用非损伤离子探测技术，测定了柽柳根尖、分生区、伸长区和根毛区的铵离子和硝酸离子的流量；硝态氮肥和铵态氮肥对柽柳生根和管花肉苁蓉接种的影响。结果：（1）柽柳根的根尖、分生区及伸长区表现为硝酸离子内流，分别为9.7、12.9、11.7 pmol/(cm2?s)，根毛区则表现为硝酸离子外流，达到11.0 pmol/(cm2?s)；而柽柳根的根尖、分生区、伸长区和根毛区均表现为铵离子外流，分别为47.3、36.7、37.8、21.7 pmol/(cm2?s)。结果显示，柽柳根具有吸收硝态氮而排出铵态氮的吸氮特性。（2）施用硝态氮肥提高单株柽柳生根条数和管花肉苁蓉接种个数。
