"百可宁"对鸡亚急性毒性试验的组织学研究

为了解“百可宁”的毒性强度以及不同剂量较长期饲喂对鸡的毒性作用,对“百可宁”进行了亚急性毒性试验的组织学研究对21 日龄海兰褐公雏60 只,随机分为两个试验组和一个对照组。每组均为20 只。试验组饮用“百可宁”水提物。剂量分别为0.5 mL/只,1.0 mL/只,每天用药1 次,对照组饮用正常清水,用药连续14 d后,各组鸡全部存活。用药14 d后及停药后7 d分两批剖杀取鸡的肝脏、肾脏、胸腺、脾脏、法氏囊称重,组间差异不显著,各脏器制成石蜡切片,HE染色,光学显微镜下观察各器官的病理组织学变化,均未见病理学变化。

Observation on Histology of Subacute Toxicant Experiment on Chickens With "Baikening"

For study on the toxicant intensity and the nature of toxicant function to chickens for long time,the toxicant test was conducted to observe the histology of interal organs. 60 Hailan cocks of 21-day-old were divided into two tested groups and Contrast group at random.Each group was 20. Two tested groups drinked the medicine with 0.5 mL/Does,1.0 mL/Does every day and contrast group drinked water for 14 days,Each cock did not died until the end . After 7 days stoping to drink medicine,the test chickens were killed ,The weight of liver,kidney,thymus,spleen and bursa were not significant differently among groups . The pathology-istology in tissue with H E were observed with light microseope . The results show that the organs are not change .
