橘小实蝇蛋白饵剂的生物测定

测试了蛋白饵剂对橘小实蝇的引诱活性,并结合田间应用,研究稀释倍数、添加挥发性化学物质对其引诱率的影响。室内生物测定结果表明,蛋白饵剂对5日龄橘小实蝇的引诱效果最佳,引诱率可达60.00%,其中雌虫和雄虫的引诱率分别为63.30%和56.70%;效果与Prima相当,优于GF-120,后两者的引诱率分别为62.50%和44.20%。稀释后引诱率会不同程度地下降,稀释2倍的应用效果最佳,引诱率为53.30%,仅下降了6.70%;添加一定量乙酸乙酯、番石榴香精和甲基丁香酚可显著提高引诱率,三者的最佳比例分别是3%,4%和5%,引诱率分别为71.70%,63.30%和71.70%。室外生物测定结果表明,蛋白饵剂12 h内的引诱率可达80.00%,最佳使用环境温度为25～28℃。

The Bioassay of Protein Bait to Bactrocera dorsalis (Hendel)

Application of protein bait was an important measure to control the fruit flies. This paper not only tested the attractant rate of protein bait to Bactrocera dorsalis (Hendel), but also studied the dilution times by adding some volatile chemicals combinated the fields application. Laboratory bioassay results showed that the protein bait was the best to 5 day old pests; the attractant rate was up to 60.00%, in which the attractant rates of female and male were 6330% and 5670%, respectively. The protein bait was better than GF 120 and quite to Prima; the attractant rates of the two latter were 6250% and 4420%, respectively. Diluted declined the rate in varying degrees, dilution two fold had the best application effect; the rate was 5330%, only down 670%. Adding some certain amount of ethyl acetate, guava flavor and methyl eugenol lure could significantly increase the rate, the optimum ratios of them were 3%, 4% and 5%, and the rates were 7170%, 6330% and 71.70%, respectively. Outdoor bioassay results showed that the attractant rate could reach 8000% within 12h; the best conditions for the using of the protein bait was 25~28℃.
