油菜蜂花粉软胶囊复配乳化剂的研制

摘    要:采用均匀设计的方法,筛选油菜蜂花粉软胶囊复配乳化稳定剂配方.采用SAS统计软件对试验结果进行多元回归分析,确定了最优配方为:蜂蜡6.5 g;单甘脂5.5 g;吐温0.35 g;司盘80 1.10 g;硬脂酸0.35 g.

Abstract:The recipe of rape bee pollen capsule complex emulsion stabilizers was optimized through uniform-design.Test results were used in multiple stepwise regression analysis to make the multiple regression equation by SAS statistical software.The optimal dosage is beeswax 6.5 g,glycerin monostearate 5.5 g,Tween 0.35 g,Span-80 1.10 g,stearic acid 0.35 g.
