机电一体化的研究现状与发展趋势

摘    要:机电一体化是一种复合技术,是机械技术与微电子技术、信息技术互相渗透的产物,是机电工业发展的必然趋势。微电子信息技术的引入,使古老的机械工业焕发了青春,使传统的机械电器产品在功能上、性能上以及制造技术上都提高到一个崭新水平,所带来的经济效益和社会效益是十分巨大的。为此,探讨了机电一体化对传统的机械工程所赋予的新内容,并对几种近年来常见的机电一体化产品进行了分析。在此基础上,简述了机电一体化的研究现状、核心技术和发展趋势。

Abstract:The mechantronic integration is a complex technology, which is an outcome of inter penetration between machinery technology and microelectronics and information technology. It is an inevitable developing trend of mechantronic industry. Following with the introduction of microelectronics and information technology, the older machinery industry is full of vim and vigor, and the traditional machinery products have been improved to a new level on the functions, properties and manufacture technology. These have brought enormous economic and social benefits. Hence, the article not only discusses the problem in the electromechanical integration, but also adds some new contents to traditional mechanical engineering and makes an analysis for the products of electromechanical integration made recently. On the basis of the analysis, it narrates research status, development and application prospects of electromechanical integration, and put forward some new knowledge about it.
