| 摘 要： | 在全面回顾总结世界各国退耕还林还草概况的基础上 ,论述了中外退耕还林还草的三大不同特点 ,分析了国外退耕还林还草的历史实践对我国目前正在进行的退耕还林还草试点的四方面启示 ,以期推动我国退耕还林还草的健康发展。
