Problems and Benefits of the Three-North Shelterbelt Project in Ningxia Autonomous Region

The ecological, economic and social benefits of the Three North Shelterbelt Project in Ningxia Autonomous Region were evaluated on the basis of systemic investigation and research. The experiences of the construction for Three North Shelterbelt Project in Ningxia were also summarized. In order to ensure the project fulfilled successfully, a series of suggestions and measurements such as construction, capital management and administration, which were coordinated with the science and technology advance and the project construction were proposed according to the project planning and the nature environment and economic status of Ningxia.
