| 摘 要： | 选用1日龄健康肉用雏鹅108只,采用单因子随机化设计,分6组分别饲喂玉米型饲粮、小麦型饲粮以及在小麦饲粮中添加不同浓度木聚糖酶的饲粮。结果表明:在小麦型饲粮中添加0.2%木聚糖酶的肉鹅采食量显著高于不加酶组(P<0.05),添加0.1%木聚糖酶的肉鹅则次之(P>0.05);从日增重来看,添加0.2%木聚糖酶组极显著高于小麦饲粮组(P<0.01),添加量为0.1%时显著高于小麦饲粮组(P<0.05),且均超过了玉米饲粮组的水平;从料重比看,木聚糖酶的添加量为0.1%时相对于小麦对照组有所降低(P>0.05),但达不到玉米对照组水平。

| Abstract: | The experiment was designed to study the influence of different concentration of xylanase added to wheat based diet on growth performance in geese. One hundred and eight one-day-old gosling(mixed sex) were randomly divided into 6 groups with one factor model,each containing 3 replication(6 gosling per replication). The results were as follow:compared with wheat based diet,supplement with 0.2%(P<0.05)and 0.1%(P>0.05)xylanase could significantly increased average daily feed intake(ADFI)(P<0.05);about average daily gain(ADG),0.2%(P<0.01)and 0.1%(P<0.05)xylanase groups were great higher than wheat based diet group,compared with corn based diet group,they also had a little of improvement;compared with wheat based diet group,supplement of 0.1% xylanase decreased the feed/gain(F/G)(P>0.05),but the figure was lower than corn based diet group. |
