兔出血症病毒单克隆抗体的抗原识别位点分析

摘    要:通过ELISA迭加试验对5株抗兔出血症病毒(RHDV)单克隆抗体(McAb)的抗原表位进行了分析。抗体反应增值结果表明,6株单抗分别针对3类不同的抗原决定簇。CG4-1、CH3-1和AA8-1针对病毒结构多肽上的同一决定簇,CF2-1和RM-17针对另一决定族,而RM-14针对第3种决定簇;其识别表位可能与AA8-1非常接近。单抗的识别表位与其生物学活性密切相关。

Abstract:Six strains of monoclonal antibodies (McAb) were confirmed to be specific for three different kinds of epitopes on rabbit hemorrhagic disease virus (RHDV) by competitive binding assay. Of them, AA8 1, CG4 1 and CH3 1 might direct to the same antigenic determinant on viral structural peptide, CF2 1 and RM 17 to another antigenic site, and RM 14 to the third epitope, which was close to that of AA8 1. These epitopes recognized by McAbs were consistent with their biological activities.
