球孢白僵菌对亚洲玉米螟幼虫血淋巴防御反应的影响

摘    要:试验研究了球孢白僵菌(Beauveria bassiana)对亚洲玉米螟(Ostrinia furnacalis)老熟幼虫血淋巴免疫系统的影响。根据光学显微镜观察结果,将亚洲玉米螟老熟幼虫血细胞分为原血细胞、浆血细胞、颗粒血细胞、类绛色细胞、珠血细胞和囊血细胞6类,全血细胞数量变动范围为1.05×107~2.16×107/mL。亚洲玉米螟的老熟幼虫对注射的球孢白僵菌芽生孢子具有强烈的防御能力,表现为血细胞数量的变动和酚氧化酶活性的波动。注射芽生孢子后,亚洲玉米螟幼虫全血细胞数、浆血细胞数、颗粒血细胞数在0.25h有小幅下降,随后数量上升,在0.5~12h保持正常水平以上,之后随着时间的延长血细胞数量逐渐下降;注射后酚氧化酶在球孢白僵菌的激活作用下,分别在注射后1h和10h出现2个活性高峰。

Abstract:The effect of Beauveria bassiana on hemolymph immunity system   from mature larvae of Ostrinia furnacalis was studied. Using phase contrast microscop   y, s   ix types of hemocytes were determined in the larvae of Ostrinia furnacalis.    They    were prohemocyte, plasmatocyte, granulocyte, oenocytoid, spherulocyte and cysto   cyt   e. Total alternation extent of hemocytes amount was 105×107—216×107   /   mL. The results showed that the change of hemocyte quantity and phenoloxidase   ac   tivity was detected as a intensive defense in mature larvae of Ostrinia furnac   al is by injection of Beauveria bassiana blastospore. There was a short time   decrea se at 025 h after injection in hemocytes amount of total hemocytes, plasmatocy te, granulocyte, and then increased above normal level at 05—12 h. Afterwards       hemocytes amount decreased gradually. Two activity peaks were detected in phenol   o   xidase after injection of Beauveria bassiana blastospore: it′s 1 h and 10    h a   fter injection.
