| 摘 要： | 征地制度引发的社会矛盾越来越激化,主要原因之一是对征地制度改革的相关研究滞后。对征地制度已作的相关研究进行评述,以期理清征地制度改革的思路。在此基础上,提出6个有待深入研究的问题:征地工作对落实科学发展观的作用研究;征地利益补偿机制或利益均衡机制研究;建立征地制度反馈机制研究;失地农民与城市化推进相互关系研究;新老失地农民风险研究;农地非农城市流转的研究。

| Abstract: | The confliction between farmers-landless and the government aroused by land expropriation is becoming more and more intensive.On the basis of the summary of the study on the land expropriation system,in the paper six potential research topics by issue-oriented methodology were proposed.The topics were as follows: the role of the land expropriation system in carrying out scientific development policy;the design of the interest compensation mechanism or interest equilibrium mechanism;the establishment of the land expropriation feedback mechanism;the relationship between farmers-landless and the urbanization,the risks analysis of new and old farmers-landless and the study on the land conversion mechanism. |
