松纵坑切梢小蠹成虫触角的扫描电镜观察

摘    要:对松纵坑切梢小蠹转干、转梢期雌、雄成虫触角的扫描电镜观察,了解触角的表面结构、形态特征,初步确定了触角上的5种感器类型、数量及分布特点,其中芽形、锯齿形感器是两种新发现的感器种类.

Abstract:Using scanning electron microscope,antennae surface structure and morphological character of male and female adults in the periods of stem-attacked and shoot feeding were observed,and the type,the amount and distribution characteristics of five chemoreceptors on the antenna were defined,among these chemoreceptors,two chemoreceptors of bud and sawtooth shape are new discovered type.All the results provide reliable information for aggregation pheromone role in the aggregation behavior of adults.
