内燃机连杆轴承的弹性流体动力润滑设计

摘    要:内燃机连杆轴承的润滑状态对连杆轴承的疲劳寿命影响很大。随着内燃机的不断强化,摩擦损耗导致疲劳破坏而使内燃机连杆轴承失效的问题较为常见。在传统设计中对内燃机连杆轴承的弹性流体动力润滑设计还没有定量分析。本文对此问题进行探讨,以求从理论上对连杆轴承的弹性流体动力润滑设计方法进行研究。

Abstract:The lubrication state of the connecting rod bearing has tremendous influence to the engine fatigue life. While strenghtening constantly with engine, it is comparatively common that the frictional dissipation causes destroy of fatigue and makes invalid problem on the connecting rod bearing. In traditional design, there is no quantitative analysis on the elastohydrodynamic lubrication for engine’s connecting rod bearing. This question had been investigated in this paper, and the research about the lubricating design method had been carried out theoretically.
