摘    要:拖拉机汽车发电机定子铁心卷叠加工是近年来在国外出现的新工艺,它的材料利用率可提高1~3倍之多。从1980年开始,经过一段时间的摸索,我们已基本掌握了该工艺的技术关键。试验加工出的铁芯样品,各项电气性能均达到产品的要求;在采取一些措施之后,加工精度方面的不足也是能够克服的。可以认为,在国内,采用新工艺生产已经有现实的可能。


A PRELIMINARY REPORT OF THE TECHNOLOGICAL EVALUATION ON WORKING THE STATOR CORES OF DIRECT CURRENT DYNAMO USED IN TRACTORS AND AUTOMOBILES BY COILING METAL STRIPS
Abstract:This is a new technology recently renovated and introduced abroad equipping the staler wires ef direct current dynamo used in tractors and automobiles by coiling metal strips. with such ways ef installation the utility ratio of the material can be raised by two to four times. The probing of such technology has been proceeded since 1980 and the crucial problem mostly solved. The samples of stator cores introduced in the research approached the standard required in all electric functions, The working precision still restrained as a problem, however, it is easy to overcome if measures are taken. Thus, we considered that the new technology is feasible in the large scale extension of our national industry.
