| 摘 要： | 嗜酸乳杆菌是目前乳酸菌家族中极为重视研究与开发的益生菌之一,优质嗜酸乳杆菌对于其产品的产量、质量、生产效率等方面都有决定性的作用.本文论述了一种新兴的嗜酸乳杆菌育种技术--原生质体融合技术的原理及在嗜酸乳杆菌菌种选育中的应用和发展方向.

| Abstract: | Lactobacillus acidopholus is one of probiotics which are researched and developed in the Lactic acid bacterium at present.The outstanding L.acidopholus is of great importance as to its quantity,productive efficiency and so on.This review demonstrates the principle,application and development orientation of protoplast fusion technology in the breeding of L.acidopholus. |
