摘    要:试验以广州细肉姜、福建红芽姜、广西玉林姜和四川绵阳姜4个品种为试材,对其幼苗期的生长、生理生化特性进行了测试.结果表明,生姜不同品种在相同的生长条件下幼苗生长及生理等方面有所差异,四川绵阳姜的株高、茎粗及叶面积都明显高于其他品种,广州生姜略次,但其叶绿体色素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质等品质指标含量高于四川姜,其他2个品种相对较低.

Abstract:This experiment was carried out using 4 varieties of gingers: Xirou ginger of Guangzhou Province, Hongya ginger of Fujian Province, Yulin ginger of Guangxi Province and Mianyang ginger of Sichuan Province. The morphological, physiological and biochemistry characters of seedling were researched. The results showed that there were differences of those characters among varieties. The trunk height, halm wide and leaf area of Mianyang gingers were the highest of the 4 varieties, but the contents of chloroplast pigment, the soluble sugar and protein of xirou ginger were higher than others.
