摘    要:乳酸菌对胃肠道的耐受性是其发挥益生功效的前提。实验采用测OD600 nm值、平板菌落计数法等方法对4株产胞外多糖的植物乳杆菌的耐酸耐胆盐能力进行了测定。结果表明:菌株F401④的耐酸性能较好;菌株F201⑥的耐胆盐性能较好,在胆盐质量浓度为0.3、0.5 g/100 mL条件下培养4 h后的存活率都超过了100%。

Abstract:The probiotic effects of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) depend on their tolerance to the human gastro-intestinal tract. The acid and bile salt tolerance of four exopolysaccharide-producing strains of Lactobacillus plantarum was examined by the measurement of optical density at 600 nm (OD600 nm) and the plate colony counting. The results showed that the strain F401④ had higher acid tolerance capacity, and F201⑥ had the highest bile salt tolerance capacity which showed more than 100% survival rate after culture for 4 h in the presence of 0.3 and 0.5 g/100 mL bile salt.
