摘    要:对新育成的亚麻温敏雄性不育系在兰州自然条件下的育性表现和柱头外露特性的研究表明,28-1-1-4等5份不育材料花粉平均育性显著低于对照不育系1S.20-1-2-4等4份不育材料育性和1S基本一致,但是其中3份出现了柱头外露特性.柱头外露的长度和育性呈显著负相关,柱头外露是由于雄性不育的花药和花丝退化造成.这些研究结果说明,可以通过杂交育种手段,选育新的具有不同表现的不育系.

Abstract:The pollen fertility and Long stigma of several new male-sterile lines of flax were studied in Lanzhou,the results showed that the pollen fertiltiy of S male srelile lines were significantly lower than that of 1S(ck),the days of high sterlity were about 1 times of 1S,the pollen fertility of other 4 male sterile lines were similar with 1S,however,of 3 male sterile lines had the characteristic of long stigma,which the length of the stigma was significantly negitaive correlated with the pollen fertility.These result indicated that the new male sterile line with new characteristic could be bred.
