家兔A型魏氏梭菌病病因及防治报告

本文通过对河北省A、B两兔场暴发家兔A型魏氏梭菌病病因的调查分析和治疗试验,得出如下结论:(1)该病诱因是饲料营养失调,高能量、高蛋白、低纤维,速成后肠碳水化合物过度负荷所致。长途运输、饲料更换、冷潮刺激等也是该病的诱因。(2)该病死因主要是由于魏氏梭菌外毒素导致神经系统中毒、肠道粘膜严重损伤和极度脱水所致。(3)该病主要症状是急性水样腹泻,体温正常或偏低。病变主要是肓肠出血和胃粘膜溃疡。(4)采取大剂量口服青、链霉素、补液、解毒和收敛等综合措施,可控制病情发展,并使轻症群治愈率76.67%,重症群52.63%,病危群9.38%。

Report on Pathogeny and Prevention and Treating of the Rabbits Disease of Clostridium Welchii Type A

through investigation and analysis and treating experiment to the suffering rabbits from Clostridum Welchii Type A in 2rabbit farms A and B of Hebei, results have been obtained as follows:1 . The leading factors of the disease are the nutritional imbalance of diet(high energy, high protein and low fibre), which cause excessive load of carbohydrate, in the hind intestines of rabbits. The long-distance transport, change food and stimulate of cold and damp are leading factors of the disease as well.2. The causes of death of the suffering rabbits are due to poisoning of nervous as exotoxin, seroius injury of the mucosa of the digestie system and serious dehydration.3. The main symptoms of the suffering rabbits are rapid and watery diarrhoea, without reactions of temperature.The pathological changes are mainly haemorrhages in caecum and gastic ulcers.4. Using synthetic prevention and cure methods to apply large dose of penicillin and streptomycin, fluid infusion, deoxication and astringent for the suffering rabbits can control the disease. The cure rate of the light invalia rabbits was 76.67%, serious rabbits was 52.63%, and the rabbits at stake was 9.38%.
