| Abstract: | By analyzing the threat of erosion of soil and the effect of wter and soil conservation, the necessity of hydraulic power and water and soild conservation in sustainable development was clarified. In addition, it further discussed the important role that water and soil conservation plays in sustainable development through examples of Tieling’s practical work. |
